Stayed one night on Dec 26, 2025 Overall, the stay was okay. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the AC made a very loud noise, and because of that my wife couldn’t sleep well. Breakfast was okay

Stayed here for a week and a half, staff was friendly, room was decent, breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Hot tubs jets are super annoying cause they splash way too much water everywhere and you can't hear anything when it's on, but it was nice to sit in without it running. The faucet in the bathroom sprayed water all over when you used it but I fixed it while I was there Iol they do allow pets for not a ridiculous price so that was very nice!

After checking online while traveling, we decided to stop here for the night. Rashida greeted us promptly and was very thorough and professional during check-in. She even asked if we had a room preference, and I requested something quiet since I was exhausted. Unfortunately, we were placed on the third floor right next to the elevator (Room 323). I was too tired to go back down to request a different room, so that part was a little disappointing. That said, the room itself was spotless and smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and we had plenty of fresh towels, soaps, and all the basic hygiene items we needed. The breakfast area was very clean as well. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing, and while there were still some items available, we chose sleep over food—our fault entirely. The dining area was spacious and well maintained. Overall, despite the room location, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

Made a stop on way to Florida, facility was wonderful very clean, staff all friendly and welcoming. The manager was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations for the area, couldn't ask for better personal experience. Pet friendly and staff all respectful of dog. I would rate it higher if I could have and definitely would come back for extended stay.

This is a nice hotel nestled in the middle of somebody's neighborhood overall though it's a nice place to stay. We were able to park our truck with a 53-foot trailer in the parking lot. The rooms are huge and very spacious. The cleaning staff was very friendly and, they could understand everything we asked them. Unfortunately the furniture in the room seemed very dated but the TV was high quality. The coffee maker is outdated but the coffee tastes pretty decent from downstairs and they provide coffee 24/7. They provided a great breakfast loaded with protein in the morning. They have a huge gym loaded with cardio equipment. It appears that maybe someone has stolen their large hand weights or they have to be checked out at the front desk. They provide towels in the workout room as well as a water fountain if you want to drink tap water my husband and I stay in hotels just about every weekend and most hotels provide a giant bottle filled with water. Because we travel and have to stay at hotels every weekend we usually have to use their laundry facilities. My suggestion to anybody staying here is to avoid their washer and dryer. They have very strict rules about not contacting them if anything goes wrong with the washer and dryer. The washers are $3 to wash, and the dryer say a $1.50 but you will spend $3 to dry a load of clothes because the washing machine does not do a great job spending the water out of the clothes. I literally stood there and had to squeeze out the excess water from my clothes to put them in the dryer. Do not use the washer and dryer you will be very unhappy We would definitely stay here again we just would not use their washer and dryer service.

Love this hotel!!! Suites are CLEAN, service was professional but the indoor pool and hot tub made this stay worth it!! Kids got to play and swim while I relaxed in the hot tub! Absolutely perfect after being stuck in the car with kids!! No time at all to Knoxville or any of the state parks and lots of local stuff to keep you busy or quiet enuf for a romantic getaway I definitely recommend staying here

Checking in was quick, easy and the clerk was personable. Hotel was very clean, rooms were very clean and beds were awesome... Bfast was actually very good for a hotel bfast. We stay there every yr on our way home from Florida.

Accommodations were 5 star. We travel with a cat and therefore we are placed in a "animal room". I would have given a 4 and half star but not available. The reason being that our cat was able to get up under the bed frame and my husband had to left the king bed mattress and frame for me to get the cat out. I did notify the front desk of this.otherwise I say great place to stay and would stay again. (IF I WAS TRAVELING ALONE I WOULD HAVE NEEDED THE STAFF TO LIFT THE BED FOR ME )
